Leasing Fee · Add-On
Get a QuoteTenant placement — 50% of first month's rent.
When we place a new tenant for you, our leasing fee is 50% of the first month's rent. This is billed separately from your monthly management tier and applies to both the Flat Fee and Comprehensive plans.
